Stock envelopes (non printed) may be returned within 30 days of
purchase only if unused/unopened or defective. Custom envelopes (including all
printed envelopes and custom windows) will only be accepted if the item is
deemed defective. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with
the return of a non-defective product.
Any manufacturing errors should be reported within ten days after
receipt of your order. Please try to inspect envelopes upon receipt. It
is understandable that this may not always be able to happen within 10 days
therefore please contact customer service upon notice of a manufacturer error
or defect so that it can be readily fixed.
